Hola,

My name is Veronica Sagredo .

As a professional photographer, it will not surprise you that I love to photograph people– using creativity to record an image or occasion – be it pregnancy, newborn babes, wedding parties, portraits and fashion.

From the time I was a little girl, growing up in Sydney with my brothers and Chilean parents, I was fascinated by photography. I think it is a way looking at a picture can evoke a memory, emotion or imagination - and has the amazing ability to travel back in time to a moment or place you may or may not have personally experienced. single most important material possession people have.

I love the whole process of photography, not just the click of a shutter. Dark rooms especially, hold special significance. It is spell binding, being able to place a piece of paper in a chemical which all of a sudden works to reveal an image; a moment that someone's life is captured forever. I always enjoyed this and now, with the advent of digital photography, I literally spend hours in front of the computer, working with and manipulating images to get the best desired result.
