Creative floral artwork photoshoot Cairns

Collaborations can be fun, and should be fun as well as beneficial to all involved, well creative collabs like this one was just that. Julia Rose from Flowers by Julia Rose is a very talented floral artist, I had seen her work previously and when she contacted me to see if I wanted to do a photoshoot with her I knew I wanted to , the tricky thing was making sure we could as I had a busy schedule and she was only in Cairns for a couple of days . We ended up working out that we could do it on a Friday night after her workshop , of course didn’t realised that Friday night in town can be tricky, my studio is in town and that weekend was one of the busiest in Cairns and we had just added another challenge to the mix.  For a moment when we were all calling each other trying to find parking I thought it may not happen but I’m so happy that it did.

I wanted to share some behind the scene images, although there are none of me (boo) ha ha , probably a good thing, anyhow here are some of those and some of the final images shot and edited by me .
